I did not get a free copy

Some basic recipes for breakfasts, & a few good ideas, but adding the word "keto" to every recipe does not make a dish Ketogenic or LCHF. For example, 1lb. of Italian bread cubes into a strata recipe? A cup of raisins? Plus there are some gaps & mistakes: spelling, eg. ("seperate," eg.), or including baking soda & no salt, & the recipes for waffles stick to the waffle iron w no added oils or fats. Ricing/grating cauliflower without squeezing& draining water from it will be very soupy before putting it in a waffle iron. Basically it's a book for beginners, & if you know little about cooking, it might be useful. Not for the experienced home cook though.

I found this book to contain recipes that were NOT keto in any way. Its like the author cut and pasted recipes from the web. Flour in a recipe, really? Proves anybody can write a book but it doesn't mean they know what they are writing about. Please avoid if you are a serious keto person.
