Must-read for those who want to start living healthier

I have always wanted to be a vegetarian but I just can’t think of enough meals and recipes that comprise of no meat at all. I am very happy to have this book. Not only did I get more recipes, I got more ideas for food that I can mix-and-match and customize to achieve my goal of becoming a vegan. They all look delicious and easy to prepare. I’m excited to try them all!

Me and my wife loves to eat fast foods, specially when watching movies. However I want to eat healthier foods which are veggies, I am not sure if we’ll enjoy it so I grabbed this book to help me out. The author explains the meaning of vegan diet and how does it work. It also explains the different foods that are considered vegan. The book also contains several recipes both meals and smoothies that are totally yummy. I actually belief vegan food was boring, however I have tried some of the smoothie recipes, and they are impressive! This book is definitely a wonderful source for anyone who wanna try vegan diet.

I'm considering switching to a vegan diet to help me lose weight as well as not have to eat animals.There are some excellent recipes here. I wish the author would have gone further into the philosophy of a vegan diet but I did get some excellent ideas for and meal plans.
