I have tried some of the recipes here and they all tastes good! The recipes are very simple, easy to do and the ingredients can be found in your local supermarket.
What I love about this book is that it enumerates how each recipe is good for you – what specific vitamin and minerals it contains. And it also covers a wide variety of meal types – from soups to salads, from smoothies to pastas.
