Raw till 4was created by Freelee the banana girl and is supposed to be low fat raw/high carb vegan.The recipes in this book uses nuts and seeds,something lfrv or lfhcv do not use regularly. Also the authur never credits Freelee,nor does he explain what raw till 4 is really about.

There are a bunch of good recipes but a lot of them don't follow the raw till 4 guidelines. Some of them use cacao, oil, etc, which are not included in Raw Till 4.

I wish there was more to it than just an introduction and recipes. I thought I would be getting an actual meal plan. However, the raw till 4 diet is easy to follow and simple to plan and the abundant recipes really help in the process. Overall the book is a great buy!
