About the Author
Eric Spears is a K-12 educator in New England, and the author of the early reading children’s book, Monstermon Cards. As the former takeout cook at The Alternative Food Co-op in Rhode Island, Eric developed many of the healthy, vegan recipes that are featured in Father-Son Cookbook: A 25 Year Correspondence. - David White is a Professor Emeritus at Indiana University and the author of The physiology and Biochemistry of Prokaryotes (Oxford University Press). An avid community volunteer and recipient of Indiana's Golden Hoosier Award for his community service work, David is also the proud father of Eric Spears.

Don't miss out on this charming, sweet and useful cookbook!

Buy this cookbook and you will not be disappointed!! The recipes are easy to follow, simple and conveniently made with ingredients most folks have around the house. I recently purchased the book and it has already helped me make 2 quick last minute family meals. And, although the recipes are good, the real reason to buy this book is the sweet correspondence between a father and son over 2 1/2 decades. This is a book to be treasured. A perfect Valentine's Day or Father's Day gift.
