A healthy lifestyle means maintaining a healthy diet. Adapting the paleo way of life is one way of achieving this. This book is a great kitchen companion for those who are very serious in their quest to lead one. This is because the author also included foods that need to be avoided and the reason behind it. The book also contains 20 recipes of mouth satisfying foods that can be whipped up in the kitchen with little effort. The author wants its readers to be serious in maintaining this lifestyle since they also need to invest in kitchen equipments and materials needed for cooking these recipes.

This book is very thorough. It does not only provide the recipes but also descriptions which will dare its readers to try to cook it. However, there is no picture that supports the mouth-watering descriptions provided. This is a downside if you are the type of person who wants to compare the picture of the recipe with your own creation. The book does not focus on one particular cuisine or season which means that you can cook these recipes anytime of the year. The servings for every recipe are indicated so that you will know how many persons you can share the food with. This is also important if you want your whole family to adapt this way of life. These are valid reasons that the book is beneficial for the paleo way of life.

Amazingly easy, delicious and healthy paleo recipes!

I've tried four of the recipes to date and I don't usually bother with reviews but wow. I was truly surprised at how easy some of these recipes are to cook and above that, they were delicious and only used paleo ingredients (all healthy - no added sugar at all). They've been suprisingly easy to make and this is coming from someone who rarely enters the kitchen (my wife usually does the cooking but after she burned her hand recently I had to 'step up').
I'm so keen to give the other recipes a go now (and possibly even cook more - don't tell my wife that though) and my wife said she's more than happy to team up together on the next one after the banana almond pancakes I made for her this morning. My other favourite apart from the pancakes so far has been the ambercup coconut desert - simply AMAZING

I bought Paleo: The Paleo Cook book because I've been searching for ways to improve my diet without starving myself. I am a fan of healthy living so I've been spending money and time for some good books like this one.Paleo book is one of the greatest diet books. It consist of many diet recipes that are good and healthy for your body. Paleolithic diet also called “Stone Age Diet” or “Cave man diet is a diet that emulates the eating habits of man in the paleolithic age, when he was a hunter -gatherer. This book will give you answers to all your queries and give you insights into the Paleo philosophy.

For a healthy living and sexier body you should have your own copy of Paleo. I recommend this book to everyone who wants to have a sexy body without starving theirselves :)
