Fantastic 5:2 Diet Books

I own all three books in this set and had purchased them each as they were released. They have all been incredibly helpful for me as I have been on the 5:2 diet for quite some time and eating the same foods each week was getting old. As I love to eat, the two days of fasting were still an issue for me in finding low calorie meals that would fill me up. These books have been a Godsend over the past several months, with over 100 recipes that are as varied as they are delicious. All well-written and easy to follow, these recipe books are fantastic and have additional useful information about the 5:2 diet as well. Definitely recommend.
