The book is laid out in a very easy to follow manner

I have always been apprehensive about making jerky in my home until this book came along. It has showed me that you don't need any expensive equipment to create delicious and healthy meat snacks. The book is laid out in a very easy to follow manner. The recipes are easy make and taste great! Plus, this book has saved me a lot of money!! I'm not longer paying for expensive store bought and unhealthy preservative soaked meats. All and all I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is new to making jerky!

Tex McCall, I would like to meet you and shake your hand. This book was exactly what I was looking for. I always thought making beef jerky was super complicated / expensive. You've shown me the path to righteous jerkyland. Although my cat does enjoy the jerky I've made for myself, I can't wait to try making pet specific jerky!

Easy Peazy Jerky

I've always, always wanted to try making jerky at home. Where i'm located, we only have access to the mass produced garbage available at gas stations.
This book explained exactly how to make delicious beef jerky. I'll never buy over the counter stuff again.
