Healthy and very easy recipes

My doctor recommend that I should change up my diet because I have hyperthyroidism or I shall suffer more down the road. I needed something that would help me get started into a healthier lifestyle. Who knew there is a book for everything? I don't have to think much, just reference this ebook daily and add what I need for my weekly shopping list. The recipes are straight forward and easy to make plus they give you other stats like serving size, preparation/cooking time. The instructions are also easy to follow as well. At this price, my path towards a healthier lifestyle has gotten brighter. Highly recommended! My favorite recipes are the chicken and bell pepper skewers asparagus and mushrooms!

True to the Title - Painless and Easy!

As an alternative to taking medication for my hypothyroidism, I decided to start eating better. This book is exactly what the title says – it's painless and it's easy, even for someone like me, who is often too busy to plan elaborate meals. Better yet, the recipes are delicious! Even with hypothyroidism, I can enjoy Thai Curry and Potato Wedges, and have even been inspired to try foods I wouldn't normally eat, like Buckwheat Pancakes and Chia Seed Pudding. They look so good and easy to make!!! I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to eat cleaner and live a healthier lifestyle.

The 50 fast, easy, and simple recipes in this book are great! I bought this one for a friend and had a change to check it out and I must say its easy but taste great! I would definitely recommend this to anyone! And yeah I am such a lazy cook but even I like this book!
