Healthy superfood recipes!

I love soups and stews. I think it's a great way to feed my family, it's easy to prepare and it saves time. So with superfood included in each recipes from this book it's even better. I liked the way the author explains what superfoods are and why they are so important to include in your diet with so many health benefits. The recipes are well presented and the instructions are easy to follow. There are recipes for broths, pastes, superfood soups, superfood stews, chilies, and curries. I made the lentil stew and everyone around the table loved it. This is a great book to own and is now my goto for soups and stews recipes.

This book is surprising and very interesting! I like the great and unique ideas shared in this book. The author does a great job by sharing this well written and easy to understand guide through new, tasty and great low cholesterol soup and stew recipes. This book has different types of soup and stews recipes and the ingredients used are rich in vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids that help in body detoxification, lower blood pressure, loss weight and so much more.
