Great Guide For Your Kitchen!

This book provides a variety of very tasty recipes, which will definitely support you with loosing weight and lowering your blood pressure. It is simple to use and even for beginners will find their success. You will definitely get inspired when reading through. My personal favorite is the Chicken Chili, which can easily be cooked within 20 minutes.

DO NOT BUY!

Unlike the other reviews, here is some information for would be purchasers:
1. There is a table of contents with page numbers, but you guessed it the book as no page numbers. Strike 1.
2. The nutrition information for the recipes leaves out one of the most important items for any DASH follower, sodium. None of here recipes list the sodium content. This is ridiculous. Strike 2.
3. In ever item we tried to make from this book, it seemed that salt was replaced with sugar, and a lot of it. This is not a healthy alternative to salt, and is completely contradictory to the books claim "Feel Healthier than that skinny girl." Doubtful. Strike 3.
This book should not be purchased by anyone who is looking to lower blood pressure or loose weight. STAY AWAY.
