Gluten free for me

I have read the original Wheat Belly Diet book by Dr. Davies and really liked it. However, I wanted a book that was mostly recipes that avoid gluten. This definitely helps make it easier to sort out what you can and can't eat when you're avoiding wheat and gluten in general.
I am happy that the author included a variety of recipes so that hopefully I won't get too bored or miss the wheat too much. :)

I love getting these books because of all the wheat free recipes it provides. I learned in this book that wheat crops have been modified so much, or bodies cannot keep up to such changes. The recipes are fantastic as well, I was not disappointed. A great recipe book to have.
