Mediterranean food is one of my favorite cuisines and i love eating it as its actually healthy too and contains mostly fruits, vegetable sna d good meats. this book has a bunch of really good breakfast, lunch , dinner , snacks and dessert recipes based on Mediterranean diet that are tasty, healthy, nutritious and also quick an easy. for me this book is worth it as i can cook soon and eat healthy with my fav cuisine.
