"Beef Mastery" is in essence all of 7 recipes taken from online cooking sites such as epicurious.com, bonappetit.com, and realsimple.com. Misinformation is provided in what little original content there is in this 27 page - e.g. sirloin is a tough cut requiring a long cooking time and 160 degrees internal temperature is "medium." Then there's this little gem: "beef that can "withhold to the broth."
There's nothing original here but the copy/pasted recipes are OK. This is certainly not something that's worth paying any money for.

My cousin loves nothing more than Beef in this world. According to her, it is her first love. LOL. she was coming to visit my family for the next ten days, and I thought what would be the best gift for her than Beef in her plates. That's why I bought this book. This book was easy to follow and easy to read. The directions were quite easy and detailed. Overall, I loved it!

good book with nice recipes

The book contains nice recipes to cook beef different ways. I found them very interesting and looking forward to cook some of them to my boyfriend soon! Also it explains how to chose meet, how to keep it, what temperatures should be used while cooking. So it is quite helpful.
