Excellent book for nutritious info and recipes

I love this book! I've always eaten healthfully but wanted to take it to the next level and this book provides everything I need to know. The recipes are easy, delicious and encourage your own creativity. The nutritional info is thorough yet easy to understand. This is a an must-have book for anyone who wants to learn and cook in a more nutritious manner. Can't wait for the next book!
