No Pain, No Gain - RUBBISH. Losing weight 5:2 Gluten free is SIMPLE!

'Gluten-free' and 'Fast' really caught my attention, but what is 5:2 I wondered?
Here is it guys...keeping your calorie in-take down is IMPOSSIBLE, you get grumpy, you suffer low energy and you feel totally stressed about keeping count. That is where 5:2 comes in: on this diet you calorie count on only TWO days a week and on the other FIVE you eat normally but healthily.
The book explains very clearly the reasoning and science of why the 5:2 system works for people and additionally how going gluten free gives you more value for your calories. There are so many benefits of going gluten free from improved digestion and soaring energy to being in a better frame of mind. Looking around the shops there is an explosion of gluten free flour and other gluten free products and everyone I meet is now gluten free it seems - so the world is catching on to its massive health benefits.
The less that 100 calorie meals in this book will having you gasping, "Thai Beef Salad on a diet, NO WAY!"
There are chapters for 'Less than 200 calories'; 'Less than 300 calories' and sample meal plans to help you combine meals effectively.

Love how simple and detailed this book is laid out. Great plan and excited I can munch on my off days and still hit my target. Probably the easiest diet plan I have read to date. I think I got this one! Thanks for a great concept Sophie!

You get all you want

Gluten Free and fast diet? It seems the best of the best. And then I find that you can even choose between 100, 200 or 300 calories. The book is great, filled with healthy, yummy and easy recipes. Good!
