A Tale of 2 Ladies...

There once was a lady who’s husband was diabetic. She loved to cook, and knowing that her husband was diabetic, she had to take extra measures to prepare meals that were tasty, that everyone enjoyed, and that were healthy for her loving husband.
And…there was another lady whose husband had severe allergies to gluten. Unfortunately, cooking gluten-free is a bit tricky: the other lady had to do some intensive research to to come up with gluten-free recipes that were safe for her husband and family.
These 2 ladies are friends, and they decided to share their recipes. They then compiled them, and that’s how this book came about.
One of the first things I noticed about this book is the clickable Table of Contents: if a recipe caught my interest, I could click on it and be taken straight to that page.
Finally! Someone who took a bit of effort to make sure that I could find the recipe I wanted, without having to scroll through the book.
There are 2 areas where this book can improve: One thing that this book was missing, which too many recipe books are missing, were images of the finished dish. But that’s not a big deal though.
The second area where the book can improve is it could have separate sections for main dishes and desserts.
But other than that, the recipes are solid, and there are enough here to have a different meal each day, and keep your family satisfied for weeks!

Great book and great idea. My sister is diabetic and I have to eat GF so this is a great book for us to be able to get together for a meal. Covers every meal - including some tasty desserts! Highly recommend to anyone looking for good, healthy GF diabetic recipes.
