Good choice for on the go singles

I've been curious about following the 5:2 diet, pondering the sustainability of following such a plan. As I was checking out the recipes in the book I was most impressed with the idea that you only cook for one person with these recipes, yourself. There are a plethora of diet plans out there that seem to forget that many family's do not want to follow the restricted, changing diet of one person. Also, single people living on their own don't really need to have recipes that feed 6,8 or 12 people and it can become a complicated mess trying to make a grocery list to fit the diet plan for 1. This book is one of a kind because it breaks it down.
The recipes and directions were easy to follow and the photo's presented the dish's well. If you are looking for a good way to spice up your 5/2 diet plan while staying on track this book has your name written all over it.

A Cookbook to Add to the Kitchen Library!

Even in a two person household, dieting can be a challenge. I personally do not need to diet. My DH, however, is considering bariatric surgery - a choice that I am uncomfortable with. Because of these factors, I have difficulties deciding what to cook each night and, till being introduced to Milly White Cookbooks, have just opted for the simple and healthy topped off with a prayer.
"The 5:2 Diet Low Calorie Easy Meal For One Cookbook ..." introduced me to the 5:2 Diet, a brilliant concept that I think my DH will really love. It is even better with this cookbook! On diet days, I can cook these simple recipes for my DH and a regular meal for myself. Could mealtimes get any better!?
I have personally cooked two of these recipes so far and absolutely loved them. Written with easy to follow instructions that do not showcase special hard-to-find ingredients, preparing the meals was a breeze and the results from both recipes were wonderful!
Milly has showcased her recipes with mouth-watering images. You will find yourself flipping through the pages wondering which visually appealing choice to cook. They all look so yummy.
This is the second Milly White cookbook I have purchased and neither one has disappointed me. I look forward to adding even more to my library.

Great 5:2 diet plan recipes

We aren't very good at dieting at all so really love the 5:2 weight loss diet plan where you only have to stick to a strict diet two days a week. Sometimes those two days can be a challenge, however, so we went in search a good recipe book to help us out. This one is a winner! There are some great recipes in here to keep us fed and full for breakfast, lunch and dinner on those days and I must say that they are delicious. We have already had the Sesame Duck & Cherry Salad among several other things and find that these are very easy to make with the directions in this book.
